“Putting everyone’s wishes into illumination” — Misaki no Hikaruen is a volunteer-run illumination created by volunteers.
Until now we asked volunteers for decoration work, but this year volunteers will also create the illumination designs. Carrying each person’s thoughts, we will create an illumination that reflects a diverse society.
